Calendly is the best all-round scheduling tool for most coaches and consultants, with the most polished booking experience, a usable free tier and the deepest integrations. If you'd rather pay once, TidyCal's $29 lifetime deal is the budget pick, while Cal.com is the strongest free and open-source option.
All of these tools are flat-rate: you pay per seat or per plan, not based on how many people book you. Prices below are each plan's annual-billing entry price; free tiers start at $0. Acuity, SavvyCal and Motion have no free plan but offer trials.
